My sister chose it and I was sceptical, having been dragged to worse. The Half Chicken was the first thing gone and the first thing we ordered again. The room is warm, the noise level is right, and nobody rushed us.

Booked for two, ended up as four, and they did not blink. My only regret is not having ordered a second Brisket Plate. Half of California seems to know about it already, which explains the queue.

Went on a wet Monday expecting it to be half empty. It was not. The Pecan Pie on its own justifies the trouble of booking. I cannot fault a thing about the evening.
